- No. Command behavior is reproduced inside the browser. Nothing runs on a server, so there is no wait and nothing anyone can break for anyone else.
- What can you do with it?

- Does it work on a phone?
- Free play does. Tutorials can be read on a phone, but typing through them is for a desktop.
